Send us calculation corrections, source-update tips, accessibility issues, or general questions. We respond within two business days. There is no automated routing — every message reaches a human at the operating company.
The fastest way to get a faster response is to include the page URL you are writing about and, where relevant, a link to the primary source that supports your correction. Reports anchored to a primary source are triaged ahead of unsupported reports.
hello@looniecalc.ca reaches the operating team directly. Mail sent to the address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a human inbox; we do not autoreply, do not subscribe you to anything, and do not share your address with anyone.
What we don't accept by email
- Personal financial details, account numbers, Social Insurance Numbers, or copies of your tax return. We do not need these to respond to a calculator question, and we do not want to receive them. If you mail one to us by accident, we delete it without reading further than the first line that identifies the issue.
- Marketing, sponsorship, or guest-post pitches. The site does not run paid placements; see editorial integrity for the full disclosure.
- Press inquiries that require a specific person on the record. LoonieCalc is an anonymous-brand publication operated by MOST AI Labs Inc. and we respond on the company's behalf only.
Mailing address
LoonieCalc is operated remotely and does not maintain a public office address. For matters that genuinely require physical mail (regulatory correspondence, formal legal notice), contact us by email first and we will provide an address suited to the correspondence.
